Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Good quality cooking oil (I use Cold Pressed Rapeseed)
  • 18 Cocktail sausages
  • 6 rashers Steaky bacon
  • 3 tbsp GUSTO Sriracha Chilli Sauce

Instructions
  1. Line an oven tray with tinfoil, coat with the oil and put in preheated oven at 180 degrees
  2. Paint the bacon rashers in GUSTO Sriracha Chilli Sauce
  3. Cut bacon rashers into 3 pieces
  4. Wrap each cocktail sausage in a bit of the bacon rasher
  5. Take the preheated oven tray from the oven and carefully arrange the sausages
  6. Place in oven for 20 mins, or until cooked through (The Sriracha will caramalise and make the bacon appear almost burnt)
